CASE STUDY: SOCIAL MEDIA ADDS SPICE TO PIZZA JOINT
Problem: Zorbaz Pizza Jointz is comprised of 11 locations, each being unique architecturally and each on a lake in the very heart of Minnesota’s vacation sweet spots. It became clear that Zorbaz patrons considered their local Zorbaz to be “their Zorbaz” so the marketing had to respect the geographic differences and position each location with its own social media “flavor.” To maintain differentiation between the 11 locations, H2M created unique Facebook™ pages for each location. Fans a.k.a. ‘likes’ were hot and heavy the first couple of years but messaging became somewhat stagnant, which created fewer reasons for fans to revisit or engage with the pages.
