Dan brings more than 25 years of marketing, business development and client relations experience to H2M.  Dan would rather talk values and purpose for H2M, rather than rattle off information about himself.

Dan leads H2M with the following motivations:

  • Authentic client relationships. Through open, candid conversations, H2M builds confidence which helps clients take risks. Cookie-cutter strategies and creative don’t cut it. Taking a strong position makes as much marketing sense as it does economic. 

  • A culture dedicated to help individuals put forth their best ideas, feel pride in accomplishments, take risks of their own, and continue to learn and grow. 

  • Honesty, integrity and transparency between both the team and our clients. 

Dan also serves as the barometer of the agency to make sure all parties feel equally supported. Experience teaches us that when everyone applies these values to relationships, it leads to more compelling work, greater efficiencies and better business success.
