Dan would rather talk values and purpose for H2M, rather than rattle off information about himself. Expect Dan to serve as a hands-on participant/barometer checker through your H2M/WCM/Decibel experience. Dan helps drive the strategy team while also being a stickler for proper/timely campaign analytics and performance reporting.

Dawn Hedberg

Senior Accounting/Operations Manager

Dawn has been with H2M Brand Haus for 18 years. She works with the agency’s account managers to build and maintain client budget expectations. Dawn monitors all aspects of media by monitoring placement and spending levels. She does this by managing not only the process, but also assisting our media team as a level of checks and balances.

Amanda Feldman

Art Director

Amanda’s been designing for more than 15 years. She recognizes trends and traps and provides clients with fresh looks that blend form and function. She also coordinates with various vendors to make sure any artwork looks as good in the light of day as it does on the screen.

CFO

Prior to joining H2M, Nancy owned a business consulting firm specializing in companies in transition. She brings over 35 years of experience to H2M through her C-level positions in varying industries including banking, non-profits, law, construction and retail – both private and publicly held.

Shannon O’Neil

Account Executive

Shannon manages the strategic planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with her impressive attention to detail. She has experience in a range of business categories that include higher education, healthcare, and various government assignments.

Jack Sandvik

Graphic Designer

Jack Sandvik is a graduate of M State located in Moorhead, MN. He has an aptitude for design, and his ability to process information quickly in service of our clients stands out on a daily basis.

Operations Manager

Alison works with the brand strategy team to establish planning and development. Alison has led the WCM team on all education related business and is directly involved with the account, creative, and media leaders in support of all advertising, marketing, and business efforts.

Monique is a social media manager with more than nine years of experience, plus a background in sales, project management, and customer service.
